Welcome to BringBrandOn! The following Terms and Conditions clearly lay down the rules and regulations of accessing our digital marketing services. The use of any of our services means that you have read, understood and accepted the following terms.
Services Offered
BringBrandOn provides a wide range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

Payment Terms
- 100% payment has to be paid in advance and all payments should be paid at source before any work commences on the project except by specific writing to the contrary.
- Consumables and ongoing services such as monthly retainers must be settled before or by the date indicated on the invoice
Delayed Response Policy
- If work (e.g., postings) is delayed due to your delayed response, BringBrandOn is not liable to extend the service duration.
- Monthly renewals will occur on the original expiration date, regardless of any delays caused by the client.
- No extensions or adjustments will be made under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy
- It is important that all the payments made with BringBrandOn, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This policy is relevant to all the services offered in our company regardless whether the service is project-based, fixed monthly rate services, or services whose rates are defined based on the advertisement expenses.
Termination of Services
- Any and all projects or services provided through BringBrandOn are subject to termination without prior notice if the client has violated any of the terms stated herein.
- Clients may also wish to be released from doing any project or service agreement at any time upon writing down the notice.
- Finally, all monetary work to do upon the termination date has to be paid to the consultant without delay.
Client Responsibilities
- A client has to supply all the information, content, and access that is required for the performance of the project.
- Inability to furnish the materials stated herein a timely manner could lead to an agreed time line not being met and BringBrandOn will not be to blame.
Confidentiality
- All materials and information provided by the client will be kept a secret by BringBrandOn.
- Clients also therefore undertake not to divulge any confidential approaches, aids or methodologies employed by BringBrandOn it without its permission.
Intellectual Property
- Only upon receipt of the balance in full shall the ownership of the last products passed on to the said client.
- It is the policy of BringBrandOn to preserve the right to use completed projects for portfolio purposes unless other wise agreed in writing.
Liability Limitation
- Specifically, the liability of the organization shall not be responsible for indirect and consequential damages which may arise from the use of the online services from BringBrandOn.
- Outcome of digital marketing services depends on many factors and hence, BringBrandOn doesn’t assure specific result for our work.
Dispute Resolution
- All controversies arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall be settled through arbitration at Ludhiana, India.
Changes to Terms
- BringBrandOn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- By engaging with BringBrandOn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
